Brisa & Brasa

Brisa & Brasa is a Brazilian BBQ food truck concept that merges my cultural background with the local character of Wellington. The name, meaning breeze and grill, represents both the essence of Brazilian outdoor cooking and a nod to Wellington's windy climate.The visual identity draws from a sandy yellow and earthy green colour palette, evoking the warmth of the coast and the natural tones of Brazil’s landscapes. Custom typography was developed to reflect a handcrafted, authentic feel that mirrors the honesty of traditional street food. Through these elements, Brisa & Brasa captures the spirit of Brazilian hospitality while grounding it in the Wellington context, balancing energy, warmth, and a sense of place.
